IQAC Function
IQAC of Umeschandra College was set up on 11th December, 2015. The functions of IQAC are to plan and implement quality initiatives and evaluate the same. So, it follows its academic calendar for holding its meeting.
- It coordinates with all stakeholders at various levels through formal interactions, official meetings and feedback systems.
- It is a top-level committee of a college constituted for planning, implementation monitoring and evaluation.
- It also coordinates through its committees for smooth functioning of different activities of college.
- IQAC encourages the faculties of the college to conduct workshops, seminars, fellow, improvement programmes, teaching-learning evaluation process, curriculum enrichment awareness programmes. It also suggests plans for empowerment of staff and enhancing their skill.
- It strengthens the hands of Principal for smooth running of the college administration.
- IQAC analyses the feedback received from different stakeholders and inform the concerned person for taking necessary decisions and further improvement.
