About the Cell

Students have a lot of decisions to make while they’re in college. These range from which courses to take up apart from their core subjects, to deciding which internships would benefit their career. As a matter of fact, almost every other choice that a student makes in college revolves around his/her plans after college, be it studying further or taking up a job.

Given the present-day competitive job scenario, where it has become imperative for the students to possess not only sound academic knowledge but also effective soft skills and the requisite mentoring, the Placement Cell is dedicated to provide guidance on career and vocational skills, opportunities and employment to its outgoing students.

Objectives

• To create a platform where students can showcase their skills, talent and employability which different companies seek to explore.
• To arrange training programmes to guide students on various interview techniques, group discussions, aptitude tests, to achieve maximum possible placements for students.
• To provide guidance to the students wishing to pursue Higher Education through seminars on various modern topics so that the special skill and knowledge on various modern aspects are imbibed.
• To inform students on regular basis of different Job Vacancies both Government and Private through publication of notice on the college website.
• To arrange annually on-campus placement drive (Job Fair) to provide opportunities of secure job to students seeking employment.
