Library Membership

After admission of the B.Com 1st Semester, Students must make their Library Card. They collect Two printed Library Card Format from the Library and submit their respective cards with proper fill-up and pasted Two recent stamp size photographs. After making the students’ profile in KOHA (Library Management Software) system, Two Library Cards with Digital Barcodes are provided to students for the next Three years (i.e. up to 6th Semester)  :

1. Home Issue Card :             for the purpose of Lending Syllabus books for 7 days
2. Reading Room Card :  for reading the Text books, Reference books, Career Guidance Books, Magazines, Journals and Newspapers.  These types of books may not be issued for home. The Reading Room Card is also used for using computers for online reading and OPAC.

Besides Two cards, A Special Library Card is provided to the students of 6th Semester for Lending books in terms of Security deposit (Rs.150/- for 1 book and Rs.300/- for 2 books) which is Refundable.

Teachers and Non-Teaching Staff Members must make their Library Card at any time with proper fill-up the printed Library Card Format along with stamp size photograph.
